EU Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union:
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To exercise this right, you must submit a Withdrawal Request within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided. For orders that have not yet been shipped, refunds will be processed after the withdrawal request is approved.
- Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Return Policy

All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and like new with hangtags attached.
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- Return requests must be made and shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order with the option of refund or store credit.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 Days
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns for items purchased through a retail outlet other than Mika must be handled by the original location of purchase.

Sale items are returnable for store credit only. Deal of the week/day & Last Chance items are final sale, no returns. Discount can't be applied retroactively.
- US customers have the option to select a prepaid label for a $5 fee that will be taken out of your refund total. All others may ship their returns back via their own method.
- We do not currently offer exchanges. In lieu of this, please return your items as shown below and just place a new order for the new items.
If we see there is a violation of any of the above rules, we will not issue a refund or store credit.
Mika is not responsible for any uninsured, un-trackable returned packages. Mika is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen/damaged, nor are we responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. If your package is missing please contact USPS, DHL, UPS, or FEDEX
