Return Policy

All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and like new with hangtags attached.
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- Return requests must be made and shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order with the option of refund or store credit.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 Days
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns for items purchased through a retail outlet other than Mika must be handled by the original location of purchase.

Sale items are returnable for store credit only. Deal of the week/day & Last Chance items are final sale, no returns. Discount can't be applied retroactively.
- US customers have the option to select a prepaid label for a $5 fee that will be taken out of your refund total. All others may ship their returns back via their own method.
- We do not currently offer exchanges. In lieu of this, please return your items as shown below and just place a new order for the new items.
If we see there is a violation of any of the above rules, we will not issue a refund or store credit.
Mika is not responsible for any uninsured, un-trackable returned packages. Mika is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen/damaged, nor are we responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. If your package is missing please contact USPS, DHL, UPS, or FEDEX
